Newly listed property. The property might be new but I am not new to vacation rentals and my reviews speak for themselves - my goal is to always be highly responsive and to provide an amazing experience for my guests.

This newly renovated heated pool home in one of the most highly desirable neighborhoods in all of Cape Coral sleeps 8 and has ping pong, air hockey, pacman arcade, kayaks, bikes, fishing poles (fish off the deck in the backyard), bring your boat or rent ours. Close to everything Cape Coral has to offer. Just a short bike or car ride to Fort Myers Beach or Sanibel Beach as well.

Bring your boat or rent ours (ask for more details if interested). This home is fully updated and ready for your enjoyment. The kitchen has new cabinets and granite countertops with stainless steel appliances. The bathrooms have been updates as well. There is a living room with a large tv, a game area, a dining room, a HEATED POOL with pool toys, bikes, kayaks, fishing poles, life jackets, tvs in the bedrooms, ping pong, air hockey, a pacman arcade, beach chairs, a cooler, a beach umbrella as well as beach toys and everything you need to have a great vacation. The beds are all comfortable and come with comfortable linens as well.

You are just a short boat ride (or car ride - though the boat rides are more enjoyable) to Fort Myers beach and Sanibel beach. You are near Rumrunners and the Nauti Mermaid as well as the Marinas. There is plenty do near here between the restaurants and the nightlife. Cape Coral is also very family friendly and has been rated as the top family friendly city in SW Cape Coral. There is always plenty to do.

Great house ( yes there are a few flaws but perfect for a family)
So the pool is large which is awesome. The kitchen is updated and very nice. The house is simple and has pac man and air hockey. Reading some other reviews want to comment on a few things other people crap on this house about. Are there some maintenance things that could be improved such as doors and windows for sure. Does it work for the week vacation totally. Does the air hockey table have some blue tape on it... Yup but it still works just fine and kids enjoy it. Another issue someone else said made them uncomfortable was rob says your a friend not a renter if asked. I talked to the pool guy renters are allowed and honestly no one will bother it is a quite neighborhood. Some things he doesn't mention, the slider door has a kid lock on it the door, for family's the main doors out that aren't kid proof is the normal door in bathroom and the master slider. It was manageable from a kid safety perspective. Also had to give Rob props as a craped out (capacitor blew) he had a repair guy out in about an hour and it back online soon after. He was very responsive via text. If you want to stay at an affordable place that isn't 100% perfect but very nice.for a week getaway I would recommend this house.

We’ve been to Cape Coral 4 times as a family. This is the first time my children and I came (their dad and I have since divorced). We were able to truly relax and enjoy ourselves, as we hoped too. The house provided us with everything we needed. Kids got to do their thing, I got to do mine and we got to do things together. Truly a wonderful week.

Great place!
I stayed with my 3 sons for a Mother’s Day weekend. House was clean, well stocked. Pool was perfect on the hot days! Outdoor sitting area was my favorite place for dinner. My boys loved fishing on the canal. We used the kayaks to float around the neighborhood! Would love to stay again in the future!

Misleading/Won't Stay Again
My family stayed here for 5 days in April. Four days before arrival, VRBO emailed me advising me to get in touch with the host. I email him asking for house rules and instructions for our upcoming stay. Rob (host) replied that he would send instructions the morning of our arrival. I have always been given house rules and instructions days or weeks in advance. The morning of our check in I tried to get ahold of Rob multiple times with no luck. So here my family is in Florida with hours before our check-in and no idea if we have a house or not. Finally with 1.5 hrs before check-in, Rob sends us our information. The biggest issue we had was one of the things he said in the instructions was to not tell anyone that we were "renters". If a neighbor or anyone asked who we were, to just say "we are friends of Rob's". This made us feel very uncomfortable anytime we were outside. Other small issues we had were: all three sliding doors to the back yard don't work, ¼" gap under front door that lets bugs in, garage wash full of personal junk scattered everywhere, air hockey table is held together with painters tape, and the house is for sale.

We made some great memories at this great rental. Host was great and quick at responding to our questions. Very spacious and our 12 yr old kids had a blast playing air hockey, ping pong, and with the arcade console. Great times!!!

Einfach toll
Der Aufenthalt war super. Das Haus ist schön geräumig und wir liebten die zusätzlichen Gadgets (Tischtennis, Pac-Man, Airhockey, Kayaks, Angeln, Liegestühle für den Strand, sandspielsachen, sogar eine Kühlbox stand zur Verfügung) Die Fahrräder sind in die Jahre gekommen. Keine Ahnung ob alle noch funktionieren. Der Pool hat traumhafte 30 Grad. Das Haus hat sogar einen Weinkühler, Waschmaschine, Trockner, Würfeleis-Maschine. Die Nachbarschaft ist sehr ruhig, man bekommt nichts mit. Der Abschied ist uns schwer gefallen.
