The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great Place to Stay

Very clean, great place for family vacation 4 adults and 3 kids. Pool was awesome. Will book there again on our next vacation.

Relaxation at its finest!

House was a beautiful layout and pool area great, however the house needs a good deep cleaning property management said that’s was going to happen soon. I would definately stay here again. Property management gets back very quickly!

Home with great probability.

The home is lovely but greatly needs to be updated. The screens on the lanai, which I thought were the result of the hurricane appeared to have been gone on a visit from 2021. So mosquitoes were definitely a problem.

beautiful place but no manager response

This house is absolutely beautiful. The neighborhood is nice, clean and safe. However the hot tub heater was inoperable and we never got a call back or any response to our messages to the listed phone number for management. This of course rendered the hot tub useless.

Too hot to handle

Arrived 06/22/2023 to find one of the 2 HVAC units broken. Defective unit covered left side of the house including the master bed/bath and one more bath/bed combo. That side stayed 80-82 degrees while the other side of the house stayed 75-76 even with the thermostat set much lower. We let Vacasa know immediately and an HVAC tech came Friday 6/23. He found several leaks in the condenser unit for the defective HVAC. He recommended replacing the unit as it was about 12 years old and that is the typical life span of one in the harsh SW FL climate. He personally showed me where some of the leaks were explaining why he could not fix the leaks. He could not get approval to replace the unit from Vacasa/the owner so nothing was done. We were told the issue was that the house had existing warranty and they wanted to repair it through the warranty. Meanwhile, since nothing was done to fix the HVAC unit, one entire side of the house was functionally not usable as it would stay 82 degrees or more. We finally got another HVAC tech there on Tuesday 6/27. This one simply recharged the refrigerant but did not repair/replace the unit. For a grand total of one night, we got to enjoy functional AC in that half of the house because by the following evening Wednesday 6/28 the refrigerant had leaked out again to the point that the AC was again not working. By Thursday 6/29 it was back to 82 degrees. We checked out 6/30. Vacasa promised a "substantial" refund which hasn't happened.

Not the best stay

We arrived to the entire house smelling so bad of fish. We arrived at 11pm finally found that the cleaning staff didn’t take out the trash and there was raw fish in the trash. Got that resolved ourselves after calling and getting nothing. Go to get in bed and two of the beds had dirty sheets covered in hair, sand, and dirt. So bad that took 15 photos to email Vacasa. We had to wash and make beds at midnight. Overall the house was very dirty and Vacasa is very hard to get ahold of I would not rent from them again. For the dirty house we only got back $150. Which is half the cleaning fee. I suppose better than nothing. But the floors and everything were covered in hair and dirt. We had black feet all week lol. The pool is missing screen from the lanai which is to be expected after a Cat 5 hurricane but that wasn’t an issue. I have never left a bad review and we have traveled all over and rented many many houses. I would choose a different company and house. Vacasa has no local person you will ever talk to. We called and emailed about multiple issues and got nothing.

Peace, quiet and rest

Wonderful home. Beautiful inside and out. Peace and quite. Rooms are very large and spaced great. Kids loved the pool and fishing in the canal. I would recommend this gem to everyone

Great get away

Our family of 6 had a great time here. House was very clean and well cared for. Lived up to the pictures online. My only negatives about the house would be (1)that the patio furniture needs to be replaced. Legs and cross bars on lounge chairs are rusted and broken apart. (2) The bbq needs to be replaced, at least new burners. Only 2 worked. Positives: kids enjoyed fishing off the dock. (2) swim up table in pool was a big hit! Due to Florida/Fort Myers traffic, this house seems to be 25-45 minutes from restaurants and shopping. Overall, I would recommend this property.

House was very clean. We loved the pool table and the pool/ spa was beautiful. We had some trouble with the pool heater and getting it to circulate through the pool and the spa. They found the problem and hopefully it is fixed. House could use new dining room chairs, Carpet is bedrooms are stained should replace with tile would make it look nicer. We had a great time would stay there again.

Perfect Family Getaway!

We loved the set up of the house! Plenty of room for everyone to spread out! The kitchen was well stocked with all we needed to have nice dinners. Heated pool was great! And the pool table kept us busy! So much fun!!

5 adults stayed here. Home was spacious and well furnished. The pool was not heated until the 5th day due to a leak and new parts needed so Vacasa gave us a partial refund On a canal with boat dock Highly recommend this home!

Solid Listing

This is a very nice home located on the canal. The pool is great, the open space that includes the kitchen, dining room, living room, and to some extent the backyard, is a really cool place to spend time with your family and friends. I liked that it is within walking distance (about a mile) of a strip mall that includes Starbucks, dollar store, and a couple restaurants. I went there almost daily. Pros: •Spacious dock to hang out on by the canal •Nice long pool and hot tub that spilled into it •Impressive quality of living room and patio furniture •Very cool living room aesthetic •Patio hangout by the front door •Abundance of beach towels, extra sheets, towels, etc •The 8+ selection of wine glass styles was very fun •Nice large dining room table Cons: •Many burnt out light bulbs •Creaky beds made sharing problematic/prone to wake partners up •Various pieces of furniture are missing bolts, screws, etc. Broken ottoman in the master bedroom. •Ancient tv in the living room. Sound quality was troublesome. •Dishware was insufficient for 9 guests.

Great stay in Southern Comfort

We rented this house for a week. Our trip down didn’t go as planned (two canceled flights in one day and had to wait until the next day to get a flight.). All our troubles were forgotten as soon as we opened the door. The house is absolutely beautiful. We loved the private pool and lanai and the neighborhood is very quiet. We couldn’t not have asked for anything better! I would definitely come back here and stay again!
