Paradise Retreat and POOL home

Your oasis awaits. A clean, comfortable, tropical getaway once owned by the famous actor Vincent D'Onofrio.
Close to the beaches, off shore fishing, kayaking, golfing year round and fantastic shopping or just relax at the nearest Tiki bar and restaurant overlooking the water. Cape Coral is the 5th largest city in Florida. We have over 400 miles of canals for boating and fishing and over 39 parks for your recreation. Please note our NO PARTIES and no SMOKING policy.

This is a large custom home that consists of 1 Master Suite that overlooks the pool, includes a large custom bath and walk in closet, 2 guest bedrooms with a pool bath. Outside is a PRIVATE HEATED POOL. The pool deck has plenty of room to lounge in the sun or shade. Enjoy a round of Cornhole in the private yard with a six foot privacy fence.
Inside we have WIFI and smart TV's throughout. There is a spacious great room for entertainment, board game table and large smart TV. Full custom kitchen with a breakfast nook overlooking the pool as well as a large formal dinning area.
Let us know if you are interested in adding the the extra, private in law apartment/suite located on the property. It is a separate rental that you can reserve if you want more space. It has a separate entrance and parking, mini fridge, coffee maker and microwave.

You, and you only, will have complete access to the main house and pool.

This rental is located in a pleasant and quiet residential neighborhood. Please keep in mind our NO LOUD NOISE OR MUSIC policy.

ALSO, there are a few exterior security cameras on the property.
We live very close so give us a shout if you need anything.

You will want your own transportation or uber for getting around.

PLEASE NOTE: We have a strict no smoking policy. There will be a $250. fee charged if the inside of your rental unit has any lingering smoke or vapor odors after your stay. PLEASE DO NOT SMOKE INSIDE YOUR RENTAL PROPERTY OR CLOSE TO ANY DOOR WAY. Thank you.
1. PLEASE READ AND FOLLOW THE SIGNAGE OF RULES FOR USING THE POOL. The pool is heated to 82-84 degrees depending on the weather (it is not a hot tub or spa).
2. No loud music or parties. We ask that you be a good neighbor to our community. This is a quiet private neighborhood.
3. No Pets Allowed
4. There are two Nest Thermostats to control the temperature in the house. Please keep them at similar settings. Google search if you are not familiar with them. There are also directions on the bulletin board at the property. If you set the AC temperature below 74 degrees you may be charged a $15. fee per day for electric.
5. Please keep windows and doors closed if the AC or HEAT is running.
6. The pool temp is set to 83 degrees. It will stay warmer if you keep the solar cover on when not in use or during evening hours.
7. Please turn off the AC if you want to leave doors and windows open. We ask everyone to NOT waste energy. If the electric consumption is more than 10% higher than normal use, we will have to charge for the difference.
8. DRY YOUR FEET when leaving the pool deck area so you do not slip or fall on the tile floor.
9. If the house smells like smoke, vape fumes, marijuana or any other smoking product you will be charges a $250 deodorizing fee.

Spacious & welcoming

The perfect house for our family get away! Such a cute neighborhood and close to our family who lives in the area. The pool was fabulous and we loved the TVs in each bedroom. Kitchen had just about everything we needed 🤗 Beds were super comfortable and linens were crisp and clean. Plenty of towels for pool and bathrooms. Definitely would stay in the future.

Nice Home

The house is very nice. It does need some loving care. There is a huge hole in wall out in lani. Garbage in a corner of yard. When furniture, or appliances needed to be attended to, Gary was there.

Quite, comfortable, and minutes from the beach and entertainment!

Our arrival was smooth and easy, as our hosts were very accommodating with our somewhat late landing at RSW. This beautifully decorated home, with a jacuzzi tub and huge walk-in closet really gave us a sense of living in beachy paradise during our stay. Free access to their pool in the back with sun chairs, as well as off street parking was a huge plus. My fiance and I would highly recommend this location if you're looking to check out Cape Coral or the surrounding areas, such as Ft. Myers beach or even Marco Island, as the drive is not bad with the windows down and music up! Thank you again to our hosts, Gary and Damarys! We hope to see you again :). P.S. Check out The Yacht Club if you stay at this location.

Golden Girls Adventure

The location of this house was great. It was a (relatively) short commute to a few of the popular beach attractions as well as shopping centers. We would definitely stay in Cape Coral area again. The house itself has a great kitchen area. The living room furniture could use a shampooing or be replaced. The beds were ok, possibly outdated as well. It is not disclosed that there are tenants that live on the property - they weren't bad neighbors- it was just weird? Generally, a nice, quiet neighborhood. Overall we enjoyed our stay and the host was accomodating to our requested early check in.

Beautiful place!

Enjoyed every minute of our weekend stay. It was my birthday and I received a lovely card and a bouquet of flowers from the hosts. The suite looks like a beautiful spa. The bed is comfortable. The screened in lanai is beautifully decorated, as is all of the suite. There's a heated pool available with the rental. There's a soaking tub and a separate stand up shower. Everything was clean and comfortable. It's very quiet and made for a restful stay. We definitely would stay here again, if we're in that area. Thanks, Gary and Damarys.

Interesting Property

Overall acceptable. Best house in the neighborhood. Very nice neighbors on walks. Did not realize part of house was occupied- their voices carry through the walls and made sleeping difficult. Found bugs (not ones you want to find), but it’s Florida after a hurricane. Otherwise it worked for golf trip!

Perfect Stay!

Upon arrival the house was very cute & located near a lot of things in Cape Coral! Very quiet and clean neighborhood. The inside of the home was spotless and decorated very nicely. We loved the master shower/tub for relaxing after a day at the beach. The double vanity and storage throughout the whole master suite both in the bathroom and in the bedroom armoires is so nice to have so you feel settled in. There was plenty of closet room for all of our clothing and luggage in every bedroom! The kitchen is updated and has everything you could need. The pool is fabulous & there is a big storage chest full of any pool toys you need. We absolutely loved our stay and will be checking availability every time we return to Cape Coral!

NICE POOL AND HOME

Check in and out process was extremely easy. The house was very clean, any issues Gary took care of. The pool was clean and big. The rooms were a good size. I loved the master bathroom. The living room couches was soft and plush. The kitchen was a little small but there is two dining areas. The pool area was clean with new floors. The neighborhood is quite and clean. The only cons was the grill was too small, the master room mattress needs to be replaced, and the house has a apartment connected on the other side of the home and in one of the rooms the window is blocked because it is the apartments porch, also you can hear the TV and people talk from the room. The backyard is partially shared the apartment gets the jacuzzi and this home gets the pool. The only thing separating the two is a tinted curtain a small hole fence that only stops by the door and a plastic chain so they won't come over to the pool area. Some of the light switches don't work in the home and the ones that do work needs to be labeled. The home needs a little work but it was a overall good stay.

Wonderful week in Cape Coral Paradise Retreat

We had a wonderful time in Cape Coral. The house was exactly as listed and even had some bonus items (keurig and Kcups, pool toys and beach chairs to take to the beach). The set up of the house worked well for us with kids on one side and the master bedroom on the other side of the house. The pool was warm and refreshing to jump into after a day of exploring. The location was great for us, only about a 20 minute drive to Ft Myers Beach and Sanibel island and lots of local food choices nearby. We would definitely recommend staying here and would again if we are ever in the Cape Coral Area!

Very nice home.

This is a very nice house in a good location close to restaurants and stores on the Cape Coral Parkway. It is clean, spacious, nicely decorated, and has all of the content that one would expect. The pool area and outdoor patio are especially nice. Pictures in the listing accurately depict the property. Gary was very responsible to any of our communications and questions. We would stay here again.

Great Family Property

Super impressed with this family friend vacation destination. We didn't have great weather (very rare in this area) but obviously that wasn't a negative for the owner. We loved the location, pool and being able to make meals in the kitchen and say money on eating out!

The house, pool and all other accommodations exceeded our expectations and profile on VRBO.

The owners of the home were exceptionally responsive to all questions and minor requests - such as pool features, recommended places to eat and visit. This home and it’s owners truly proved to be a four star experience for both of us, who have traveled frequently and stayed and top tier resorts and hotels for both business and pleasure. If you are looking for a great work, play extended stay destination in SW FLA in an upscale clean setting, this home is a great pick. Very quite safe and clean neighborhood location but centrally positioned and convenient to all parts of SW Florida. Highly recommended.

Family Vacation

Overall the place is great. We loved the fact that the master bedroom is on the opposite side of the house. The flow of the house was perfect for us. The location is perfect. It is close to many great adventures. The pool area was also really nice. We enjoyed relaxing and unwinding outside by the pool after a long day at the beach. There were a couple of chairs we could bring to the beach which was really nice. THANK YOU. There was also a cooler however we had to jimmy rig it to keep it closed. Also Gary was great about getting back to us right away when we had questions etc. on Christmas Eve. We were disappointed in a few things. In the kitchen, the cooking pans are warped. We had to try and jimmy rig to get pans even on burners. (Electric skillet would be nice) There were only three spoons and no dish towels. There was also only one dish cloth. In the bathrooms there were no hand towels, only wash clothes. Also only a small towel to use as a shower mat in the master suite. The toilet for the other two bedrooms whistles loudly when flushed. Also the DVD player doesn't open. Having these things addressed would make it a 5 star place to stay.

Wonderful vacation

We spent two weeks at the property and didn’t want to leave!! The house was extremely clean! It’s in a residential area which was great. Gary was very easy to work with. He gave me suggestions for a boat charter that was so much fun!!! We will rent again next year if it’s available!!

Family Vacation….

We enjoyed the home and all it’s amenities. Our teenagers loved viewing the burrowing owls down the road and plenty of restaurants locally to dine in. The property manager responded very quickly to us if we had any questions. Traffic was a little heavier that we would like for our trips to the beach but the locality to food and shopping was great.

Great Family Vacation
