Great place

It was a great place. There were some confusion with check-in. Apparently the owner was not notified. We were staying through. VRBO had to wait a little bit for the cleaning process but overall we would stay again.

Fabulous rental home . . . highly recommend!

The house is conveniently located on a quiet street off Santa Barbara and Gleason. It is well appointed with comfortable furniture, well-stocked kitchen, and a fabulous lanai with a pool! Plenty of tvs everywhere, including a projection tv on the lanai. A fun bonus were the burrowing owls in front . . . they're really cute and fun to watch. Garth responded to questions/concerns we had, and stopped by to assist as needed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend his home.
