Great location!

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo in Cape Coral! Great location - many restaurants, breweries, shops, farmers market in walking distance. Quiet property with rooftop deck and pool. Well maintained - clean and well stocked. We loved the location and would definitely return!

Dee VERY RESPONSIVE

The unit is very easy to find, walking distance to many things. We flew in so we didnt have a couple of items. I texted Dee to ask if these items were somewhere in the unit, he bought brand new ones and brought them. The unit was very very clean. Softest sheets I've slept on in a rental.

It’s okay.

Good owner to deal with. The appliances and furniture are nice. Poor location. Right next to a very busy highway. The place wasn’t cleaned before we arrived, the thermostat for the air conditioner didn’t work the first couple of days. The dining room light didn’t work at all. The rooftop balcony was sketchy at best.

It was ok. The floor is pretty and so is the counter tops. There is not a lot of water pressure in the showers. Like none. The stair way to the roof was open to any one that was up there so that was a little weird. You can definitely tell that they were in a hurry to get people in there and didn’t complete so projects in the condo. It has a pretty view of the canal. Definitely not what I was expecting for the pictures.

Great location just across the bridge

Perfect stay for a quick trip down to this area. Very clean and owner communicated well. Thank you! I didn't use the pool, but the view from the rooftop was gorgeous & pool looked inviting.
