Duplex suite with three bedrooms two bath one car garage, private fenced backyard with a paver BQ patio and outdoor seating.
Meticulously clean duplex suite is five years old with brand new decor and furniture located in the best area of Cape Coral within walking distance to Publix, Walgreens, Camelot Park and the exclusive Cape Harbor Marina with restaurants and shopping. Perfect area for walking, bicycle and jogging.
High vaulted ceilings in hallway, kitchen, dinning room and living room. 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms have 8’ foot ceilings. All bedrooms and living room have ceiling fans.
Please treat our home with respect and consideration. We ask that you please cleanup and pickup after yourselves. Check out by 11 AM and check in after 3 PM. Please notify us for late arrivals. Non-smokers only! Please no vaping, no drugs, no weapons and no pet, no parties.
Only registered guests have the right to inhabit the house. If in the rental property undeclared people are housed, the result is the immediate termination of your rental agreement without refund claim.

Pelican perfection

An excellent house, nicely appointed, very clean, and in a great location. Stores restaurants and other venues were easily accessible. Luba, the owner was on site frequently. She was friendly and very helpful. I plan to stay there again in the near future.
