Completely renovated 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom condo with pool in down town Cape Coral. You're just a stroll away from all the bars and restaurants on 47th Ter. Enjoy the view over the canal from the huge screened in balcony. We highly recommend you rent a boat during your stay and explore some of the world's most spectacular beaches like Ft Myers Beach, Sanibel and Captiva Island. You will experience the Florida wildlife first hand, with pelicans, manatees and dolphins.

The condo offers almost 1500 sqft, with three spacious bedrooms and two luxurious bathrooms. It has a large Livingroom to enjoy some downtime and a modern kitchen overlooking the social areas. The balcony is as long as the condo and can hold two dining areas and a sofa section, overlooking the beautiful water. It is located in one of Cape Coral's most popular areas and it's right on the Gulf Access canal system. You can walk down to 47th Ter. where you find all the popular bars and restaurants. Or take the bikes down to The Yacht Club and Cape Coral Beach. There you also find the very popular dining spot The Boat House.

The condo offers high speed internet and multiple smart TVs.
