It was good, the only thing that was annoying is not having lights working in the living room so kind of dark. Both bathrooms door knobs are very loose they need to be ticket

Perfect Place

This place was wonderful!!! Our kids loved the pool and I love being on the canal!! The floor plan is very open and is great for a big group. The home was very easy to get into and had so many extras!!! The neighborhood felt very safe and peaceful! We would love to stay there again.

Vents need a good cleaning.Pool area also needs a good clean.The television in living room kept freezing.Had problems with the main door lock which eventually failed, they had to send out a locksmith who had to break in, because we were coming to the end of our time they left the main door lock and we went in through the bedroom. Overall we enjoyed our 2 week stay.

Short getaway in great location

We needed to be in Ft Myers for a couple of days, and found this gem in Cape Coral. Everything we could possibly need was here ready for us. Perfect location. Close to everything without having to fight Ft Myers traffic. Listening to the birds while having coffee on the lanai in the morning was an added bonus!

A peaceful retreat

They thought of everything.Clean, quiet, beautiful sunsets and a fully equipped kitchen.We arrived with our carry-on bags and everything worked out fine. The home is close to everything and an hour from Sanibel Island.We conveniently found fishing equipment and beach equipment in garage. Management was professional and responsive.Perfect spot for a couple looking for a romantic escape or a family that needs to spread out.
