Pool cage screen, has frame-less, panels to ensure a clear view of the gorgeous Lake view. This lovely 2300 sq. ft. Home with HEATED year round, pool & spa, pet friendly, will ensure your vacation will be one you will enjoy In beautiful southwest Cape Coral on a large lake with breathtaking view and beautiful landscaping on an over sized lot with lots of privacy. This home features a king owners, bedroom with, Comcast cable, smart TV and direct access to pool lanai. The queen bedroom has private on-suite bathroom also with Comcast cable, smart TV. Third bedroom with twin beds, TV plus, bath.

The home is furnished in modern contemporary style with wide-open kitchen and sliders to the pool area that opens the entire house, up to a great room concept. With open sight lines to be engaged with all your family and friends. For your entertainment the home features a Foosball table, and Comcast cable, smart TV in the family room as well as a Comcast cable, smart TV in the living room where you can relax on the Stress-less recliner. The lanai also has a pool toy box with plenty of toys to enjoy the hot Florida sun in a refreshing pool. If you want to explore the neighborhood, five bicycles are supplied in the garage. This property is gorgeous. We decided to spend a few days over Christmas on the west coast and this place did not disappoint. The house is large and very well furnished and stocked. The view across the lake is amazing. We found ourselves sitting on the patio by the pool and just looking out across the lake. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Beautiful home with wonderful views. It’s located in a very quiet, friendly residential neighborhood, close to restaurants and beaches.The house was better than in the pictures. Very clean with modern appliances in the kitchen. It includes everything and more that you’ll need for a relaxing vacation. Kayaks, fishing poles, beach chairs, coolers, games etc.Sondra gave us a bunch of great tips about hidden gems around Cape Coral. Cannot ask for a better host.

This was our second year at the villa. Much like last year everything was perfect! Every thing we could possibly need was already at the house. Our family can spend all day here and not get bored! Kayaks, Bikes, Hot tub, pool, and grill make for a great day of just enjoying the property. Great location with plenty to do in Cape Coral. Also, Sondra is the best host!!!

The property was everything we could have wished for. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The layout of the house is perfect. We played lots of games outside next to the pool. The house was equipped great with all the amenities that we needed. We loved the informational booklet on the area and enjoyed some good meals at the restaurants that had been highlighted. We’ve stayed at many VRBO’s during our travels and we all agreed that this one was the BEST we’ve ever stayed in. Thanks for all the good communication and for a relaxing and fun FL vacay.

We loved this house. Communication is amazing from booking to check out. Sondra made everything so easy for us and gave us great recommendations of things to do during our stay. We went to Lelulos and Lobster Lady and really enjoyed the food. Our family also enjoyed Sanibel Island. Overall a 5 star vacation! Thank you Sondra and Bob!

Would recommend this property to anyone. The owners were communicative throughout the whole process. The unit was clean and extremely well stocked. This really minimized what we had to bring down or buy for the trip. Beautiful views and convenient location to Fort Myers and the beach. Will definitely rent from them again.

We really enjoyed our stay! The house is more well-stocked than any VRBO we have stayed in before. The location is great… right on the water and quiet, yet easy access to several main roads. This place has it all! Not only were we able to stay in this amazingly beautiful home, we were in the heart of Cape Coral! Only minutes from different stores,10-15 minutes from the beach, and delivery from all over! This place has a beautiful hot tub, gorgeous pool, and perfect dovk to fish from! From the initial booking and contact by the owners, to walking into this amazing home for the first time, to your eventual departure, you will be in a 5-star stay! Such a beautiful property with everything you could think of to make your stay complete, they provide. As beautiful as the pictures are, they cannot truly capture the magnificence and tranquility of this property. Drive-able to many great beaches and attractions, but nice enough to never even need to leave the property to have a great escape! We hated to leave, but look forward to coming back!
