Amazing 4 bedroom waterfront villa with gulf access

There are 4 spacious bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a large kitchen, a very roomy living area, an eating area for 8 persons and separate seating area.

The spacious terrace offers 150m² and the pool is larger than usual with 40m².

From the terrace and garden there is direct access to one of the numerous canals. Directly at the canal there is a seating area with a boat dock with boatlift. By boat it takes 15 minutes to the Caloosahatchee River and from there a further 10 minutes to the Golf of Mexico.

We do not provide a full propane tank for the grill.

Please read prior to booking:

To help you settle in and answer any questions you may have, we will be visiting you at the house the day after check in, between 8:30 AM and 10:30 AM. During this time, we will provide you with important information about the house. Based on our many years of experience, we kindly ask for your understanding that this appointment is mandatory.v

Please note - prior to booking there is 25 years of age minimum requirement & must be present during the entire stay and is strictly enforced. A Driver's License and/or State ID will be required and requested for all bookings. NO ONE under 21 years old will be allowed to book a reservation.

Pet Policy: **This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charged an additional Non-Refundable fee of $500 and in some cases can be up to $1,000.

No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay $300.00.

We provide the guest with a basic set of consumables such as 2 toilet paper rolls in each bathroom, garbage bags are supplied, 1 kitchen paper roll, some detergent and dishwasher tabs. In addition, the guest has to take care of himself.

Beautiful, Spacious, and Clean!

My family and I had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home. The home had everything we needed, and we spent most of our time there. The pool and amazing views of the backyard were a bonus! We will indeed return for a future visit. The property manager was professional and very helpful.

Waterfront Villa

Pictures of the property were accurate.Kitchen was well equipped with pots, pans, knives, plates, and glasses.Plenty of towels. Furniture and beds were nice.Appliances were all nice and on the newer side. On the negative side pretty much anything with batteries was dead. The thermostat was then dead,so the house temp was in the 50,s for our first night. Overall it was a good place to stay.

Our six week stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The house had everything we needed in space, amenities, etc. The pool and hot tub were great. The location was wonderful--so close to everything. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. We sure hope to stay here again.

Family Wedding Trip

We came down to Florida for a family wedding. Was so impressed with this house we rented through VRBO. Beautiful property and beautiful house. Was just perfect for 4 adults and 4 kids. The kids really enjoyed the pool. We fished off the dock on the canal. The location was close to stores/restaurants. Would recommend this house to anyone needing a large space.

Pleasant experience

We enjoyed our Cape Coral getaway! The home was very spacious and the layout was great for our group. We loved the pool and hot tub. It was a nice neighborhood for going on walks. Watching the sunsets while sitting on the dock was so nice! We even spotted a couple of Manatees in the canal. We would’ve liked more hot tub and pool time but the window for the pool heating was shortened and I think that was due to it being heated by a heat pump. We couldn’t use the hot tub the day we arrived, since Michael didn’t come over until the next morning to explain the pool heating. Then he explained that the pool only heats until 5pm. We had some interruptions during our stay. The owner brought their boat one day. Then some guys came to change the oil in it the next day. Michael stopped in on check out day at 8:30 in the morning to check if the grill had been cleaned. I feel like that could’ve waited until we were gone. No flexibility on early check in or check out. Overall a very nice experience, but may check into another place when we return to Cape Coral.

Great Stay

The house was perfect for two families. The two master bedrooms made it so no one had to comprise. There was plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable together and also have their own space. The kids and adults alike loved the pool area. We also really enjoyed going down to the dock area. We had fish, turtles, and iguanas visit us out there! The one thing it lacked was furniture in the dock area. There was only one broken adirondack chair. Be prepared for some extra noise as there is a house being built next door. Three out of the five days we were there we experienced sawing and other building noises most of the day. It was noticeable inside and out of the house. Overall a great experience though.

Great property for a family of 7

We loved the home and plan to return to the area in the future. The house had everything we needed. Michael was very responsive and handled everything quickly. The pool area was perfect for relaxation. We enjoyed eating breakfast and snacks on the large table on the pool patio. We used the kayaks and beach supplies for our day on Sanibel. Great Choice

Spacious, will equipped house, quality appliances. Coral Gables is not a good choice for boaters or fisherman. 30 minutes from the house to the river and another 30 minutes to the gulf.

Beautiful home perfect for our family

This was our 4th year coming to Florida for a week with our son’s family of 6. This was the perfect accommodation to meet our needs. The 4 kids only want to swim and the adults loved the added feature of the spa. We wanted to return next year, but dates are already filled. We were in the area for baseball, had a great stay. Property had enough room for all of us. Plenty of towels and kitchen was well stocked. with pots/pans/utensils/etc. Pool and spa were great and were utilized a lot. Fishing off the canal out back was also a favorite of the group. Property manager stopped by on the 2nd day to show us how to use the remote for the pool/spa, which was helpful. Overall a nice stay.

Great value!

This house is a great value. The house is very spacious, modern, and has a large pool. There were some minor things with cleanliness and wear and tear on the property. For what we paid, those things were easy to overlooked. The checkout process was very reasonable and easy. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and a few cooking necessities. Property manager was very friendly, we never had a reason to reach out to him.
