"We had a great stay in this well located house, close to Lake Powell and easy to access. Very quiet neighborhood with parking on the side for a boat.The house is very clean and comfy and well set-up.The host is very attentive and is great at communicating.I give this place five stars and reccomend it.Thanks "

"This house was larger than I was expecting. Very spacious with a private backyard, fire pit, and even a game room. The kitchen has everything you might need and a there is a nice laundry area as well. Awesome stay thanks so much. I highly recommend this home."

"The home was excellent. Exceeded our expectations in every way. It was very clean, it had everything you needed, the view was incredible. The location was good as a jumping off point to see attractions in the area. We would rate it as one of the best short term rental homes we’ve stayed in. Highly recommended to anyone and would certainly come back again."
