view was on the first floor with barely any

view through the trees. Asked for a room on a higher floor but was told we need to wait approx. 2 hours for that. Odd as we visited during a quiet time of the year and hotel felt fairly empty. Our safe was out of order and took some chasing to have it seen to and we ended up carrying our valuables with us....

This is a great option for Cannes as its nice and quiet to relax from the hustle in but a short walk to the station and main shopping streets. The Large bed , great linen and good A/C really helped. The kitchen was well equipped with dishes, pots, cutlery , frdge,dishwasher sink induction hob ,kettle. The hotel offered breakfast but we didnt make use of it as we used the kitchen...
