The house relies on four bedrooms, one with a 1.35-mt-wide double bed, two with two single beds each, and the fourth one, which is located on the attic, is provided with a 1.35-mt-wide double bed and a bunk bed, in addition to being equipped with an ensuite with shower. All in all, there is space for eight adults and two children in this accommodation. The enchanting natural light floods into the dining-living room and the open kitchen through the huge windows. There is one more bathroom with bathtub, which also features a hydro massage and a SPA with a Turkish bath, rain shower, colour and aromatherapy and relaxing music. The house is equipped with a wood stove in the living room, electric heaters, air-conditioning, satellite TV, oven, washing machine, and dishwasher. The house is also provided with a biomass boiler, which heats the water of the house, of the pool, and provides heating to the whole accommodation.

The outside area with its lovely views over the Sierra, the swimming pool, which you can enjoy all year round for an extra cost (the temperature is around 28/30ºC), the garden, the barbeque and a bottle rack invite you to relax. Inside the property, there is a parking lot.

The access to the villa is made possible by a 150-mt unpaved lane. The road that leads to the house is a mountain road, for which curves characterise it.
