Casa com amplo espaço social, duas salas aconchegantes com mesa de jantar.
Área externa cercada com 800 metros quadrados de jardim. Churrasqueira e mesa ao ar livre. Cadeiras de descanso e espaço para redes. Conta, ainda, com uma fogueira de jardim.
Ótima casa para famílias.

O espaço:
Decoraçāo aconchegante. Duas salas de estar com sofás e poltronas confortáveis, sendo a primeira com lareira, Smart TV e mesa de jantar para 6 pessoas . A segunda, envidraçada, conta com uma mesa para até 8 pessoas e aquecimento elétrico.
Cozinha completa com fogāo, forno elétrico, microondas, cafeteira elétrica, liquidificador, torradeira etc.
Todos os ambientes da casa contam com aquecimento elétrico.
