They were very thorough in explaining everything from the location of kitchen supplies, how to use code to lock and enter the house as well as gates. "We arrived later in the evening. The owner was very accommodating and met us at the property with our keys and let us in. The house is beautiful and spacious. Enough space to relax and inside parking so you don't have to worry about your vehicle. Everything you need is available including towels, dishes ,coffeemaker,refrigerator, microwave and toaster oven.It was nice having a washing machine as well.The hot water was a bonus! "Overall it was good. There were some things that probably need attention. For example the wash machine damaged some of my clothing; I discovered the filter is clogged with calcium deposits and needs to be replaced. The city water is cut almost every day and had to use the emergency reserve in the tank. However, some of these things are not under the control of the host. In general, I was a good stay and wood consider staying there again"

The check-in process was somewhat antiquated due to the fact that due to delays we arrived later than expected, and had to still coordinate a face to face hand off of the keys to the location. "It was a really nice, very close to our family. The swimming pool it was very nice. As well having a washing machine it came very handy. The only thing is it was very hot at night and the a/c did not reach the rooms. The maun water was cut off early in the morning without knowing., but a rext with erick, was resolved quickky. Thanks. "This is our second time staying at this hotel. The first time we stayed at the top area of the property. The Lakefront (lower property area) the rooms are more modern. You walk to the pool and the lake is right there too. The top properties some rooms have an outdoor pool that connects to the back of your room, but you have to drive to the lake . I personally like the pool next to my room, especially on a hot day. The hotel staff are great . My only suggestion is to check the weather. Make sure there isn’t a strong rain storm coming, if so than there is no much you can do around there. I’d still come back to this hotel. Its beautiful staff are great , food is great, and views are great! "
