Important Note: In this haven of peace and family-friendly environment, we aim to preserve the tranquility of everyone, so parties or loud music/noises are not allowed during the evenings.



We kindly ask you to follow the rules for better coexistence with neighbors and the entire environment:

- The reservation is only for registered guests; visits, extra guests, and pets are not allowed.

- Please refrain from smoking inside the property or using illegal substances.

- The use of speakers is only permitted within the property, during the day, at a moderate volume, and with doors and windows closed.

- Please do not use towels to remove makeup or sunscreen.

- The toilets in the area cannot handle papers inside the bowl, and to protect the environment, we ask you not to dispose of them or any other objects that could cause blockages and contamination.

- Hanging towels or clothes on balconies or windows visible to neighbors is not permitted.

- Please do not leave trash in common areas or outside the apartment. If you are unsure where to dispose of the trash, please ask us.

- Respect the speed limits to reach the property.

- Swimwear is mandatory for using the pool. The hours are from 8 am to 8 pm.

- Bringing food, glass containers or glasses, cigarettes, and balloons to the pool area is not allowed.

⚠️ IMPORTANT:

- Replacement for lost keys, cards, bracelets, parking cards, or towels has a cost of $20 USD each.

- For each rule that is not followed, the condominium or neighborhood committee may charge up to $200 USD in penalties or involve the police for eviction due to misconduct.

- Reservations of 7 nights or more include only 20kw of electricity per night. Excessive consumption will incur a cost of $5 pesos per extra kw. With responsible use, this limit should not be exceeded.

- You have total privacy in the property; however, if there is a major event that requires access (flooding, leaks, fire, etc.), we will inform you in advance.
