Nice place but staff dont know any word in english. For foyr days no one clining. Took out trash been after 2 times asking. Rooms clean & nice. Wifi is ok

Se presento el hurto de dinero de 120 dolares y pesos mexicanos en la habita ion, forzaron la maleta y sustrajeron el dinero de mi compañera en el cuarto contiguo frente a la recepcion, se puso la queja ante la policia y estos informaron que se vienen presentando multiples quejas por perdida y/o robos en ese hotel

En los seis días de estancia no hicieron aseo, la propiedad está para mejoras graves ,como tanque de baño sin agua,duchas q sale el agua hacia el techo y lo peor que entran a robar, dejaron la navaja con la que abrieron el seguro de la maleta encima del escritorio.Estrategia la administradora venden toures costosos y si no los tomas ya tienes una resentida abriendote las maletas,no da número del dueño y busca culpables cuando la copia de la llave solo la guarda ella. Pésimo , si no estaba en condiciones óptimas de recibir huésped,debieron avisar para buscar en otro lado .Ni se les ocurra ir a ese sitio. Busquen en otra zona, la policía me dijo que ese sector tiene muchas quejas de robo en los hoteles.
