Beau séjour à Cancún

Omar est un hôte très réactif et très attentif. Il a su répondre à nos questions et préoccupations. Il nous a permis de partir plus tard que prévu en attendant le taxi qui nous ramenait à l’aéroport, ce qui nous a bien aidé. La piscine a fait le bonheur de notre petit fils et la vue de nuit de la piscine est magnifique! Le quartier est calme. Venir en voiture serait idéal car les bus ne circulent pas sur la rue Pok ta Pok. Ce logement constitue un pied à terre intéressant pour quiconque veut passer du temps à Cancún!

Horrible Stay

My wife and stay at this place for our honeymoon and getting married. Saved up my hard working money for this vacation that tuned out very horrible.Our first day we arrived the main Appliance in the place was broken which was the toilet. All night had nowhere to use the restroom. The manager was not responsive and calling the host give us two extra days to stay just so I can make things right because my wife was very disappointed. This honeymoon is something we have to remember for the rest of our lives...

Great Stay

This is a great location in a quiet neighborhood. Stayed for 3 months and I would definitely stay again. There is a small store next door as well as a restaurant inside of Coral Mar that has great food. If you stay without a car you will need to take a taxi or walk a mike to the bus stop but it is very doable without a car. Omar was great to communicate with and always answered my questions in a timely manner.

Very Good Location and Cost Benefit

I have spent 8 nights in Omar's place with my family (couple and 8 years old child) during our visit to Cancun area around New Year. The apartment is in very good conditions and the location is quiet, despite being very close to the restaurant area and night life in Cancun. Both Omar and Edgar were always cordial and very helpful to provide all information we needed. Overall we liked it and recommend to friends and family.

Fantastic Condo if You Love Dogs!

Let me explain my poor rating. First of all there is basically nothing wrong with the condo itself or the amenities. The bed was comfortable as was the couch. The AC was great as were the ceiling fans. The washing machine was easy to use.The kitchen accessories were lacking, I had to buy a spatula, whisk, bowl, different frying pan and a better coffee maker as the one in the unit took 10 minutes to monkey with before it made 1 cup of coffee but I didn't mind buying them as they weren't expensive. The balcony is huge by Mexican standards. The pool area was always clean and rarely used by others. There was always a cool breeze coming off the lagoon and there were seldom any noisy boats going by, also the views were beautiful day or night. There was also a tame iguana that liked to be fed fruit. One problem was that it was a 25 minute walk to the bus stop but buses arrive every minute or so and only cost 10.5 pesos. There is a taxi stand halfway to the bus stop, however Edgar provides a phone which has a taxi contact in which you can have a taxi come to the unit to pick you up. So what is the problem you ask? The condo next door has 2 large dogs which BARK ALL DAY!!!! The noise comes thru the windows, the door and even the shared concrete wall. They start at 7:30 in the morning when the owner leaves for work and continue on and off until 4:00 or later. They can even be heard down by the pool. I had ear plugs, a white noise machine and Bose noise canceling headphones to use but they only mitigated the problem. I couldn't wait to leave for the day and escape the barking. I wouldn't even be writing this review if Omar had honestly replied to my June 25 2016 email in which I asked: "I am looking for a unit which is quiet with no barking dogs or nearby loud music. I hope this condo has those qualities" Omar's reply was:"The area is residential and very quiet..........." So I booked the unit for 77 days but left after 28 days as I couldn't take it any more. I could have stayed home and listened to my neighbors 3 dogs. For this reason alone I cannot recommend this unit until the dog problem is eliminated. I did receive a partial refund from Omar to everybody's satisfaction. I hope Omar and Edgar resolve this so that other renters can have an enjoyable vacation.

Great location just minutes from Zona Hotelera and down town Cancun. Abram was really helpful and insight full I was very pleased with my stay. The only down side was that when I tried to use the hot tub there was very little hot water. Abram did tell me that he was working on getting that resolved.

Great Cancun Location

Spent a week at this condo, beautiful views out the amazing balcony. We liked the sleek, clean & modern designed interior and especially liked having a washer and dryer available inside the unit. The TV might need to be replaced since there are horizontal black lines going through the middle of the television, however it did not see to affect the operation just a bit distracting. The community swimming pool was wonderful and had amazing views of the lagoon. Loved the location, everything from the Hotel Zona was conveniently near by. Edgar greeted us at the condo, showed us around, and demonstrated how everything worked. Edgar was also able to tell us about cool places to go in the Hotel Zona especially the great tip on visiting the Mandala Beach Club. He even provided a local cell phone for us to use during the visit.
