"Great, friendly, family run hotel. Clean and upgraded room with nice mountain view. Ate at the restaurant every nights, because of the numerous other restaurants closed during the off season. The Maitre D', Paul, was terrific and suggested great local, reasonable wines. Although there was no bathtub, a swimming pool, Jacuzzi and sauna were provided on the lower floor. Good WiFi connection."

Si mangia molto bene e due volte alla.settimana ci sono dei menù particolari,quello a gourmet e quello trentino, davvero delle chicche!!! "We stayed in Canazei out of season, but Hotel Cristallo is one of the few hotels open all year round. The rooms are spacious and clean with excellent views, the staff were very pleasant and the breakfast was excellent. The spa facilities were superb, I would definitely return to this hotel and I would definitely return to this beautiful mountain town."

"My husband and I travel internationally often and not are easily impressed. This boutique hotel is lovely, charming and very clean. Breakfast was wonderful! The front desk staff was friendly & helpful - thank you, Roberto, Francesca and Monica!!! We’ve got a traffic ticket and they helped us to deal with that. We would definitely stay here again and strongly recommend to anyone! "
