"It’s serene ambience. The food in the on-site restaurant is really good. Breakfast is great. The view is amazing. Nice personnel. The property is far from everything else so make sure you have a rental car if you chose this property. The puma trail is fun. Rooms have dehumidifiers which is nice. The doors from the balcony have large spaces between the door and the floor so expect bugs in the room. "

"This place is a hidden gem. Blink and you'll miss it. In between Nuevo Arenal and La Fortuna, beautiful lake views and if it's clear, Arenal Volcano. Cozy cottages with everything you need to feel comfortable including a pool and large hot tub. Great food at the restaurant on site (breakfast, lunch, and dinner), and a small gift shop and another restaurant within walking distance. Great for couples and families! "

"Such a unique, serene experience. The entire staff was extremely accommodating and friendly. The hotel had so many activities within itself it felt like we didn’t have enough time there!! Our favorite part was definitely the farm to table food experience. Every drink and dish was exquisite. "Our stay at the lodge was wonderful! It’s an older property with lots of charm. Views are beautiful! Room was large and we loved time on the balcony in the hanging chair. Board games and chess and checkers for some good family time. Pool was beautiful and chilly for those hot days. Restaurant had good food and the team was flexible with times (we came in at 2 after activities and they served us lunch, which was much appreciated!). Loved our stay! Saw coati, hummingbirds, lots of cool insects and a tayra on property. Recommend driving to the lodge in the daylight. Very close to Mistico Hanging Bridges."
