Although on the third floor there is a lift that stops directly outside the door of the apartment. The access road to the apartment block is narrow and a tight turn is required to enter the parking area, potentially a bit tricky with a big estate car. "We loved our place. Everything was well stocked and clean. It was in the perfect location and at the end of a day in town or at the beautiful lake it was the perfect place to come home to. Loved the huge comfy sofa as well! Balcony was also perfect. We will definitely come back. Thank you for your warm hospitality and easy communication."

"The kitchen was dirty . Filter in aircon and hood was very dirty and did not function as it should because of that. There was no remoutecontrol to the aircon. There is at all no sun at the terrace all the day as it is placed to the north. The pool area is very expensive to use. 20 Euro each person for 4 hour. Every time. At all this appartment is not worth the money. Very expensive in relation to what you get."

"Darren is a wonderful host. A welcome pack was provided for us on our arrival and his communication throughout our stay was excellent. The apartment is lovely with all the facilities you could wish for. It is a 15 minute walk into Arco with its many bars and restaurants. It is a steep climb back up the hill so if you aren't fit when you arrive you will be by the end of your holiday! However the location on the hill make for stunning views. We loved it. "
