"Great staff Small but good coffee"

"This hotel is the best in Gijón. Although an old property it is very well maintained with spacious rooms and bathrooms. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The rooms have AC which is a plus in Europe and difficult to find operationally. We often go to Gijón and after many failed attempts, we found this centric beautiful place! Great job. "

"Brand new and excellent apartment. On the edge of town 750m off of the Camino. But a beautiful apartment. There is a very large construction project across the street that looks it may take years to complete, but I arrived at end of a work day so it was quiet. Very, very nice apartment. Would definitely stay again. Good, basic kitchen (small refrigerator) but with a super sharp knife (a rarity!) "

"The hostess was a wonderful person and the historic hotel in historic centro Gijon had several great opportunities that we appreciated. My only negative comment is about the bed we slept in. It is very old and needs to be replaced."
