CAMBO, C236: One-bedroom apartment on the 2nd floor of the Chiquito Residence (no elevator) in a quiet city center: 1 bedroom with a queen-size bed, living/dining room opening onto an open kitchen including an oven, dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob (4 burners), refrigerator/freezer, etc., a bathroom, a separate toilet, and an attic area with a washing machine. Small balcony with a beautiful view of the Nive River and the countryside. Free public parking.
Internet access. Pets are not allowed.
A second bedroom is available upon request from the agency: a weekly supplement depending on the season.
Bed linens and towels are not provided (fee-based service available upon request from the agency).
The rental must be left clean (a fee-based cleaning service is available).
An inventory of the accommodation is carried out upon each departure (see Article 1731 of the French Civil Code). The following guests all have 24 hours to notify us of anything they feel is not up to standard, or anything our services may have forgotten to report.
If tenants leave the property on a Sunday, a public holiday, or before 8:00 [hidden] on the morning of their departure, a preliminary inventory will be conducted by the agency the day before departure. This will ensure that everything is in working order and that there is no damage to report. In the case of a preliminary inventory, the deposit will be canceled (credit card) or returned canceled (check) after the tenants' departure.

Optional services to be paid on site and reserved before your arrival:
- Bed linen/set for one bed/one week: €10.
- Bath linen/kit per person/one week: €5.
- End-of-stay cleaning for a two-room apartment: €55.

Property managed by a professional. Unless stated, services such as cleaning, bed linen, towels etc. are not included in the price of this rental. If pets are allowed (information in the advertisement), charges may be applicable.
