Cute vacation home for 4 people with private pool in the countryside

Location: the beautiful holiday home in Lucese (Camaiore) is isolated in a nature reserve. The location is very quiet and idyllic. The nearby Parco delle Apuane is ideal for hikers and people who are looking for peace and want to be away from traffic.
The house is surrounded by a 2000 m² property. The property is fenced and partly flat. A typical Tuscan restaurant is only 500 meters from the house and the sandy beach is about 20 km away. The beautiful cities like Lucca 20 km or Pisa 40 km are easy to reach. Camaiore is about 10 km away.
A covered terrace with garden furniture is available to guests. The terrace is the ideal place to relax or to eat. A small swimming pool (2 x 4 x 1.35) is available to our guests for private purposes. Outdoor shower with warm water. The present is private only for our guests.
Parking in front of the property. Dogs allowed.
Equipment: the house has a living space of approx. 90 m². The house can be reached by stairs. Living room with kitchen corner (freezer, oven), dining table, sofa and fireplace. Washing machine, dishwasher, satellite TV, access leads to the garden with terrace.
On the upper floor there is a double bedroom, a bedroom with 2 single beds, a bathroom with shower.

maison moderne assez isolée bien aménagée
rien à dire sur la maison ni sur l'accueil TRES chaleureux et sympathique : merci pour les fruits ! maison bien équipée la petite piscine permet de se rafraîchir par les chaleurs qu'on a eu cet été l'endroit n'est pas vraiment difficile d'accès mais il faut du temps pour aller chercher ses aliments si on a opublié quelque chose. mais bel emplacement dans les bois et voisins calmes et silencieux des sangliers la nuit...

Zeer rustig verblijf in de bergen en de natuur. Het is wel erg afgelegen, er is alleen een restaurant in de buurt op 200m.

Familien Urlaub
Wir sind mit unseren drei Kindern in die Unterkunft gereist. Vermieter waren sehr nette Eheleute, Haus wie angegeben sehr sauber. Was İnteressenten unbedingt wissen müssen, ist die Fahrt bis oben zum Haus! Die Fahrt vom Dorf aus bis zum Haus sind schrecklich gefährliche Kurven mit sehr enger Fahrbahn, wirklich centimeter nah an Abgrung und mindestens 25 Minuten nur zickzack Kurven. Das Haus ist ganz weit hinten, dass Restaurant was erwähnt ist, ist zwar in der Nähe aber wenn mal was ersnhaftes sein sollte, will ich nicht wissen, wie lange ein Rettungswagen bis oben fährt braucht. Also gut überlegen.

Nach einigen START Problemen unserer seit´s. Durch Krankheit, konnten wir die Ferien mit einem Tag Verspätung und einer tollen völligst Unkomplizierten Kommunikation seitens der Vermieter in einer anderen Besetzung antreten. Unglaublich hilfsbereit und einfach nur GROSSARTIG !!! Das Haus bietet jeglichen Komfort, den man sich nur wünschen kann & die LAGE ist einfach unbeschreiblich. Wirklich absolute RUHE und allein Lage & wie beschrieben zu erreichen. Niemand sollte sich im Nachhinein wegen der anfahrt beschweren, denn Sie ist im Detail, genauso wie beschrieben . Kurvig & führt auf den Berg/Hügel zur Casa. Liebevoll ist alles eingerichtet und bietet jegl Komfort. In 20 min erreicht man dass Meer/ Luca/ Pisa und alles was dass Herz sonst an tägl. Bedarf benötigt. Wir haben viel unternommen & sind dann gerne wieder in die Ruhe zurück gekehrt. Ein sensationelles Willkommes Paket erwatete uns bei Anreise und auch für jegliche Fragen vor Ort standen die Vermieter mit uns in Kontakt, wenn nötig. Vielen vielen DANK Liebe ISA für alles __ vielleicht kommen wir wieder, dann in der Besetzung wie geplant. Herzliche Grüße __ ich/wir kann es nur empfehlen. Kerstin

Villa immersa nel verde
La casa, nel cuore del parco delle Apuane è ideale per un soggiorno rilassante nella natura. Nei pressi partono diversi sentieri per conoscere il parco. Il mare è raggiungibile in 40 minuti. Offre ogni comodità all interno e ,all esterno ,una piccola piscina ,un gazebo, un barbecue hanno pienamente risposto alle nostre esigenze di nonni con nipoti piccoli. I proprietari si sono resi disponibili ad ogni nostra esigenza

Très belle maison
Maison très bien entretenue, joli jardin, petite piscine, belle douche chaude extérieure un petit brise vue improvisé et vous prenez une douche en plaine nature. On ne peux pas trouver plus calme, pas de voiture.... Aussi pour amateur de sentiers pédestres et cyclisme. Effectivement pour avoir cette tranquilité il faut faire un peu de routes pour aller à la plage. Et merci aux propriétaires Isa et Paolo pour leurs accueils et leur disponibilite nous avons passé de bonnes vacances...

Wir haben im Juni eine Woche in dem wunderschönen Waldhäuschen verbracht und waren sehr angetan von der Umgebung, den lieben Vermietern Isa und Paolo, der perfekten Ausstattung und natürlich von der Sauberkeit in dem Objekt und den traumhaften Aussenanlagen. Die lieben Vermieter haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen. Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt und waren begeistert am Abend die Glühwürmchen beobachten zu können. Die Strasse zum Objekt ist nicht ganz ohne aber mit Rücksicht und Verstand sehr gut zu meistern. Der Strand von Lido di Camaiore ist sehr weitläufig und schön. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt, kommen sehr gern wieder und können das Objekt wärmstens weiterempfehlen.
