Ancient house on three floors (ground floor, first floor and large attic mansard) completely restored, with an enviable panoramic seafront location on the cobblestone of the medieval medieval town of Migliano, in the hills between Lucca (20 km), Camaiore (13 km ) And the beaches of Versilia (Viareggio 20 km).
The house enjoys a large terrace, stretching straight down the valley below, which looks out to a marvelous panorama of the sea and breathtaking sunsets.
The terrace has a full sunshine during the day of the day and this allows guests to maximize their relaxation and enjoy the full hours of light.

Amazing

The host was always available and had a lot of tips at hand. The house was equipped with everything you need for your daily needs at home. We have enjoyed our stay very much and are happy to come back.

Strada stretta e pericolosa, parcheggio lontano.

La strada per arrivare in frazione Migliano e' stretta (una sola corsia e a doppio senso) e pericolosa, poiché non ci sono guardarail o altre protezioni. Il parcheggio si trova a m. 200 dalla casa ed è in salita. Non siamo mai potuti uscire la sera per via della pericolosità della strada, peraltro non illuminata. La casa nel complesso era carina, a parte che il bagno non dispone di bidet. La casa e' stata ristrutturata di recente, ma puzza di muffa. L'aria condizionata c'è solo in sala e camera da letto, ma si paga come extra. La connessione internet c'è solo in mansarda, e non funziona neanche molto bene. Io dovevo lavorare e non ho potuto, anche perché in mansarda non c'era l'aria condizionata e c'era un caldo folle e neanche un tavolo. Ciliegina sulla torta: avevamo prenotato per due settimane. Dopo 4 giorni siamo andati via. Abbiamo chiesto alla proprietaria un rimborso "parziale" che ci è stato negato. Un consiglio: chiedete di visitare la casa prima di prenotare ad occhi chiusi e perdere i soldi della vacanza.

Schönes Haus in wunderschöner Landschaft
