Perfecte ligging
Is precies wat wij zoeken .Beetje ver weg van alle drukte. Vanaf een groot terras mooi uitzicht op de bergen en de omgeving . S'morgen zon , s'avonds in de schaduw. Van het vliegveld Calvi hebben wij in iedergeval geen hinder ondervonden. Voor ons was het een heerlijk verblijf.

La casa è carina e ben tenuta, il grosso problema è l'esterno della casa, completamente abbandonato e molto sporco (bisogni del cane subito fuori dalla porta, erbacce ovunque...).

lieu charmant mais ...
Lieu absolument charmant. Pour l'atteindre, il ne faut cependant pas craindre les ornières ni les cailloux et penser à apporter son savon pour éviter un aller-retour à Calvi. Quelques détails nous ont embarrassés: l'extérieur constellé des excréments du gros chien en liberté dont la présence n'est pas signalée dans l'annonce et le mobilier de jardin rouillé et sale ; à l'intérieur, la table qui bascule si l'on a le malheur de s'y accouder et le couvre-lit pas net. Tout cela serait facile à corriger mais en attendant, le prix est largement surévalué.

Lage toll, ABER
Die Lage ist wirklich schön, mit Aussicht auf die noch grüne Balagne umrahmt von Bergen. Für NaturliebhaberInnen. Um diese Jahreszeit ist der, in Sichtweite gelegene, Flughafen Calvi wenig störend. Im Sommer mit deutlich mehr Flugbewegungen mag das anders sein. Uns war nicht klar, dass wir eine kontaktlose An-und Abreise gebucht hatten. Der Kontakt von Seiten der Vermieterin bestand in einer freundlichen Willkommens-Mail. Dennoch wurden wir bei Ankunft freundlich von großem Hofhund und schmusiger Katze begrüßt. Das relativ neu gebaute Minihaus ist an sich ganz nett und sauber. Leider sind die Möbel zum Teil in unzumutbarem Zustand. Ein Sessel, dessen Stoff bis zum Schaumstoff aufgerissen ist, abgedeckt mit einem Überwurf. Dürftig reparierte, alte Sideboards, der Terrassentisch von Rost durchlöchert, unsaubere Sonnenliege. Das ist auf den Fotos im Internet nicht zu erkennen. Tee, Gewürze alt/abgelaufen u. andere Ärgernisse bezüglich der Küchenutensilien. "Premium" haben wir bisher anders erlebt. Immerhin war das Bett bequem und ordentlich. Die Toilette / Bad in diesem 1-Raum-Haus - ist nur optisch durch eine kleine Schwingtür getrennt vom Wohn-Ess-Schlaf-Bereich (im Stehen sind Kopf und Beine sichtbar). Wir fanden es sehr störend. Wichtig: es gibt nur wenig Mobilnetzempfang, (Wlan wird hier nicht angeboten). Am Haus gibt es keinen Schatten. Im Sommer unabdingbar.

Location très bien située avec une vue "magique" des cimes enneigés. La location- bergerie est un havre de paix à 10 minutes de Calvi en voiture et le côté pastoral alimenté par les troupeaux de moutons déambulants dans cette espace a rendu ces vacances inoubliables

Ruhepol und wundervoller Ausblick in außergewöhnlicher Unterkunft
Ausgesprochen netter und freundlicher Kontakt; die Unterkunft Ist in absolut ruhiger Lage ein (sehr gelungener!) ausgebauter Schafstall mit schönem Blick auf die Ebene und die gegenüberliegenden Berge. Der Zugang ist etwas holprig über eine Schotterstraße, u.E.hat sich die für uns etwas ungewöhnliche Anfahrt absolut gelohnt.

Gîte agréable et au calme
Lorsque l'on a besoin de se ressourcer, c'est aussi à cet endroit que l'on peut le faire, et à deux pas du centre de Calvi et des plages, on peut se prendre un bain de foule et revenir au calme, très bon compromis.
