"On long stays, we prefer a home as opposed to a hotel. This one was perfect. Exactly as described, secure parking, all of the amenities of home. Miguel, the host's representative, very pleasant, accommodating and responded quickly to any questions. The property owner was also very quick to respond questions and was able to book our dates on very short notice (in about 24-48 hours)...we tend to just up and go for holiday. haha. Overall..Excellent, as the title says!!"

"Pros: Great location, unparalleled views, modern furnishings. The place is beautiful. Cons: Lima coastline is cool and damp and you are right on the coast. It was 57 degrees inside and unit only had one small, portable heater. This made for a cool, damp sleep for two of the rooms. There is an onsight person named Pina who lives in the back. I’m sure this is culturally normal, but as sweet as she was, we found it pretty invasive to have her walk in at any time. We also would leave to go eat...

"The property is located in a great area, very safe, close to Barranco and Miraflores restaurants and stores, and accessible to paths for a good morning jog by the malecon and the beach. Loved it!!! The view from the property to the malecon is beautiful and very refreshing to see in the morning and in the evening. Rodolfo was very prompt with answers and accommodating us with early check in and late checkout. The apartment is nice, with enough dishes and cutlery. Only room for improvement is to...

"My family and I had a great stay at this property. It was walking distance to grocery store/small plaza, el metropolitano bus station, and several excellent restaurants. We were very happy with our stay there. Bathrooms were spacious and main bedrooms were comfortable. I will say however that because it was so central, it was quite noisy due to car traffic.
