Lots of activities in the area including fishing, rafting, hiking seeing waterfalls including Amicalola Falls, nice restaurants like the Roof. It was very relaxing and all 17 of us had space to spread out. The owners were very helpful and contacted us on our. Very nice and informative about the area. It was exactly what we all wanted. "The location was great. The property was filthy. The front and back porch have not been cleaned in months. The grill was disgusting. The towels were old and stained with bleach. There were spiders webs inside and outside the properly. The sheets and pillows had a horrible damp smell. Close out the property. DO A DEEP CLEANING then you can start renting. The chairs outside were so filthy could not even use them."
