A melhor experiência que já tivemos em um aluguel de temporada. Apartamento excelente, com 4 quartos amplos e muito confortáveis. A churrasqueira na cobertura é a cereja do bolo para quem, como nós, aprecia um bom churrasco. Limpeza diária incluída no valor, funcionários do edifício muito solícitos e eficazes para resolver e ajudar em qualquer coisa. Condomínio com estrutura de piscinas e um toboágua que nos atendeu a contento. Nada a reclamar. O proprietário José Magalhães sempre nos deixou muito a vontade nas conversas que trocamos e nos atendeu em simplesmente tudo que precisamos. Tudo superou em muito nossa expectativa. Estivemos em 2 casais e 2 crianças pequenas, mas o apto comportaria tranquilamente mais 4 adultos, no mínimo. Quando voltarmos para Caldas, já temos nosso apartamento definido!!!
