"We had pre paid our booking, but the hotel couldn’t confirm the payment. Even though we had confirmation and receipt to show. The personal was a bit difficult. But I called Hotels and the talked to the hotel and fixed it. So that we could leave. But a bit unpleasant experience. "

"Our villa was very clean, equipped with important necessities; we were in the ground level villa so we were able to have a car park outside our villa. We were not able to get breakfast but they amazing offers for breakfast and can deliver to your villa. The reception is different property which is about 8-10 min drive not so convenient but the staff are very helpful and very accommodating. "A true hidden gem!!! Agriturismo Casetta has great amenities, a beautiful pool with a breathtaking view of the Tuscan Valley. Their restaurant's food and drinks are also amazing and their staff were very professional and kind. We will come back to Agriturismo Casetta in the future. "

"The family running this was amazing! Loved getting to know their story and learn about the vineyard. Guest houses were great and comfortable. And the food was outstanding! "

"Claudio the owner was very friendly and accommodating. The entire staff made us feel warm and welcome. The property was beautifully situated in the Tuscan hills. We had two dinners at their restaurant. Both were exceptionally delicious. We were fortunate to be there during grape harvesting and to also enjoy some of the best Chianti wine I have ever tasted. I would highly recommend Agriturismo Streda to anyone wanting to tour Tuscany!"

"We loved our stay at the Borgo La Casseta. It’s a family business, they have a small restaurant on the main floor. It takes approx half an hour drive up the hill to get there from Pistoia. A little bit tricky to find. Parking is free (gated property). The room was clean, separate bathroom. Breakfast was delicious. A spectacular 180 degree city/valley view. "

"I made a horrible mistake and booked thr wrong dates because i had a hole in my macular and could not see well. After my surgery and recovery which was around 1 month I realized the horrible mistake. They refused to give credit and charged room fees as well as over $600 in taxes for a room that was not occupied by me."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Paola is an excellent hostess and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. Breakfast every morning was excellent. The view of the Tuscany landscape from this B&B is amazing. It is centrally located and access to Florence, Pisa and Cinque Terre was easy. I would highly recommend to other travellers."
