spacious, 120m2 indoor area, large living room with table for 10 people, two sofas, one for 2 people, another for three people, an armchair for one person, flat screen TV, two ceiling fans, street facing, one double bedroom with built-in four door closet, ceiling fan, armchair, large mirror, twin bedroom with two bunk beds, large mirror, 6 door closet and ceiling fan drawer, window facing street. A shared bathroom with shower between the double bedroom and single bedroom.
Large kitchen with four-burner stove, double free fridge,
sink with countertop and cabinet under sink, countertop, marble shelves. Large utility area with large window, nice and cool space. Maid's room with small ceiling fan with double bed. Complete, comfortable maid's bath.
