This three bedroom, two storey townhouse has recently been renovated and is located in the Calinda Sol complex and features a swimming pool, half size tennis court, and BBQ. This fantastically located unit is just a few minutes walk to Clarkes Beach, The Pass, and Tallow Beach. A perfect getaway for families and small groups.
This tidy and bright unit features a fully equipped kitchen and spacious lounge area with a flat screen TV. The main bedroom features a queen size bed, small flat screen TV, and sliding door which opens onto a sunny patio. The second bedroom also has a queen size bed and sliding door to the patio. The third bedroom contains two single beds and is ideal for children. This unit has one full bathroom with a bath tub and shower and one half bathroom with a toilet and sink. T

Your beach side holiday accommodation provides easy access to some of the most beautiful beaches Byron Bay has to offer. Clarkes is a wonderful family beach with small waves, rock pools and great snorkelling opportunities. The town centre is just an easy stroll away, but there is also plenty to choose from in your immediate vicinity: the famous Byron Beach Caf right on the edge of Clarkes, the more relaxed Pass Caf just down the road and the Top Shop within easy walking distance, serving some of the best coffee and delectable delights in town. Our holiday houses in this area offer great beachside location and a supportive base for all your holiday needs in one of the most beautiful parts of the world.

Please note a security deposit is required. This property is fully self-contained and is not a serviced property. You will need to bring all toiletry items and supply your own washing powder, toilet paper (we supply a few), beach towels and food.
