As the saying goes, location, location, location!

Solace 3 is a spacious three bedroom apartment right in the main street of Byron.Solace 3 now boasts three stunning newly renovated bathrooms ,Solace 3 is the ideal location for those who fly in, wedding groups and families that love the convenience of just strolling to the beach, shops, restaurants and cafes.

Despite its central location the apartment feels very removed from the hustle and bustle below and you will be amazed by its peaceful spaciousness. The apartment flows over two levels, it gets lots of natural light and is beautifully furnished with large comfy lounges. It has large bedrooms and bathrooms, air-conditioning, Foxtel and a north facing balcony which is perfect for seeing the world go by. At the rear is another balcony which provides a great spot to escape the sun and fire-up the bbq.

This lovely apartment is highly recommended for groups and families.

So forget the car and bring your walking shoes, because everything you want to see and do on your next holiday in Byron is within easy reach from Solace 3. There is a single lock up garage

Excellent Customer Service

The customer service from Ray White staff during our stay is to be commended, the car park gate was repaired during our stay. We called the staff to advise that the gate was now permanently closed and they immediately delivered a gate controller. We requested a late check out and again the staff were super friendly and accommodating. As our flight was 7pm the late check out was a bonus!Excellent location, very spacious, bright and very comfortable. We would highly recommend both Ray White and Solace Number 3.

good location but...

Location great. Otherwise Was OK. Sliding patio door broken, master bath faucet not great. Some other furniture and household items older and worn. No wi-fi and owner will not provide. There is NO Foxtel on TV in Master BR. Only on Lounge TV. We agreed to have movers remove replace an old awful couch in BR while we were staying there and to have handyman come to look at other issues. Despite being very understanding and accommodating about everything when we needed to leave two days bc i was called back to work early, the owner would not refund any portion of the two prepaid days but offered 10% discount off of next stay. Clearly they were not obligated to do a refund but under the totality of the circumstances, i think it would have been a kind gesture.

Wow what a surprise ! , the apartment was incredibly spacious , spotlessly clean and had everything you could want in a self contained apartment . The location was brilliant , short stroll to the beach and right in the thick of restaurants and cafés. We will definitely be back .

Can't fault anything about this apartment. Very spacious and clean, had everything we needed for our 1 week stay. The location was perfect with cafes, bars and shops at your front door and only 1 block from the beach. the apartment was great value for money, we'll defiantly stay here again on our next visit.

I have stayed in Byron 3 times a year for approx 5 years and Solace is by far the best apartment I have stayed in. It is very spacious and the position is awesome. I will definitely stay there in the future.
