Fully colonial Brazilian style house on a flat plot of land of 700 meters wide lawn with beautiful garden, nice pool with waterfall, barbecue, huge balcony with hammocks, 4 bedrooms, residential place can close to supermarkets, commerce in general, , being able to go by the edge of the beach until the point but trendy of the city the Port of Barra.
