"Lovely villa in a little village, where you can hear the goats and chickens. The villa was lovely, clean and had everything we needed for a two week stay. The owners live right next door and always on hand if we needed them , which we did a couple of times. Great location for exploring istra ."

"Bij aankomst werden we vriendelijk ontvangen en alles werd duidelijk uitgelegd, martina had gezorgd voor een volle koelkast met lekkere dingen. Het huisje ligt vol met schoonmaakmiddelen, wasmiddel, wc&keuken papier, voldoende handdoeken. Uitzicht is echt prachtig. Het zwembad wordt 1keer in de week schoongemaakt . Communicatie gaat via whatsapp ideaal. Wij hebben genoten van de plek."

"We visited this area for a friends wedding and decided to make it a family vacation by spending some more days. With this house we could have easily made it a week or longer. The property is well maintained with a modern kitchen and enough clean pots pans to cook a lunch or dinner. There is lots to do for families and if not in the mood for any of the activities in the area, a day at your own pool is wonderful. We loved pickkng cherries from the tree and playing table-tennis. "Lovely house with relaxing countryside views. I think it was recently redecorated and styled. Kitchen was beautiful. We worked remotely there for a while and WiFi was great. Looking to go back at the end of the summer. Food and wine around the around is amazing. Even truffles!"

"The villa was very comfortable and modern. It’s location was perfect, close enough to the towns to make it easy to explore but far enough out to be quiet and relaxing. Ivan was very helpful through our stay and was always on hand should we need anything. Would highly recommend this villa and would love to stay here again."

"The Villa Maria is amazing, we had a thoroughly relaxing time. The pool was very well used by us all but especially my 2 children, the Villa has everything you need for a stress free holiday. You definitely need a car as it is so remote but in our opinion this added to the charm. The owners Valmi and Andreja were fantastic throughout. I would highly recommend the Villa Maria, my youngest is 9 and she loved it. I would definitely stay again. Thank you Valmi and Andreja."

"Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen, sehr schön auch mit Kindern! Großer Garten zum spielen und bewegen. Den Pool kann man auch immer im Auge behalten wenn man draußen auf der Terrasse sitzt, was mir mit den Kindern wichtig war. Auch das kleine Wäldchen hinterm Haus ist sehr idyllisch, man kann wunderbaren Vogelgesang lauschen und entspannen. Wir wurden mit leckeren Kuchen von der Vermietern begrüßt, auch im Kühlschrank waren schon ein paar Kleinigkeiten, worüber wir uns sehr gefreut haben!...

"Sehr schönes Ferienhaus, 4 Zimmer jeweils mit Bad, sehr netter Vermieter, sehr schöne Küche und auch der Außenbereich ist Top. Einkaufen in der Butiga in der Nähe für den täglichen Bedarf, für den größeren Einkauf ist es nicht weg nach Porec. Unseren Wein haben wir in der Vina Rados gekauft (einem Weingut, vorher mit Weinprobe, nur 100 m entfernt), sehr gute Weine, vor allem der Rotwein, preislich völlig okay!"

"Liebevoll angelegter Garten; ausgesprochen aufmerksame, sehr freundliche Vermieter. Haus liegt sehr ruhig. Ferienwohnung und Terrasse liegen im Souterrain. 10 Minuten mit dem Auto zum Meer. Guter Ausgangspunkt auch für Unternehmungen im Hinterland."

"Very clean and check-in was super easy. Very nice hosts. A great place to relax and enjoy the surrounding olive trees. Very close to Trieste and Koper - so it's also a great location if you need to get groceries or want to go for dinner or drinks. Bonus - there's an outdoor wood burning fireplace / bbq - it kept us warm on a cold night! Overall a great place. Highly recommend! "

"Wir waren fast drei Wochen dort mit 2 Kindern und hatten eine wundervolle Zeit. Daus haus ist sehr sauber und wunderschön. Die Gastgeber sind jederzeit erreichbar und sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Zur Begrüßung war der Kühlschrank prall gefüllt mit herrlichen Besonderheiten! Vielen Dank!"

"Wie waren als Familie dort und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Wir haben noch nie so eine saubere und ordentliche Wohnung gemietet. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet, es gab zwei Kinderstühle. Der große Tisch ist perfekt für ein gemütliches Beisammensein. Der Vermieter war (auch schon vor unserem Aufenthalt) jederzeit für uns erreichbar und man bekommt wertvolle Tipps für den Urlaub. Einen schönen Strand mit schattigen Plätzchen gibt es fußläufig am Zebrastreifen links die Straße hoch,...
