"What a great stay at Acacia Premier! I had been staying at a competitor’s hotel not too far from here as I had been loyal to them for over 15 years. But, after they went under new ownership in recent years, and failed to deliver any meaningful change, I decided to try Acacia. I’m so sorry that I’ve waited so long! "As always, our stay in Kisumu was excellent and welcoming by the staff. Pricey breakfast but very well done and prepared.(2,500 Kshs each). Lovely pastries at the coffee shop, if you are so tempted. Keep it up!!! Will be back, of course"

"It’s hard to tell from the photos and the descriptions, but the higher priced rooms are in a different, much better maintained building than the lowest priced rooms. The bedrooms are nice but the biggest difference between them are the bathrooms. I would have rated it higher if I had stayed in one of the better rooms. The staff are all very nice and helpful."

"Very bad stay aske for more money on arrival fir no reason then gave up . Shoeed to room told no tv channels also internet not workiing . The next day we ask for room to be cleaned and clean towels . We ask 3 times duringthe day for this. Still.not leaned at 10.30pm gave up.asking . Supposed to stay 3 nights i cancelled the 3rd night still.no Internet. Really not s good stay "
