"Nice little hotel. The room was small but nice and clean. The AC dripped a little and the water heater had to be reset. No big deal and the staff responds very fast. We ordered room service and it was very good. Convenient for us and it was easy to park and check-in."

"My overall experience was great. Loved the property and was quite comfortable for my stay. The overall size of the home versus the professionally taken pictures can be deceivingly small. Butuan is really not all that exciting. We visit every two or three years only to see my wife's family - I don't believe we'd visit again if not for the family connection.

It's an interesting town, visited some shady bars and was rewarded with some bucket list experiences. It's a small city in southern phillipines, a little dilapidated but the people are friendly overall.
