In the over 100-year-old clinker brick building, many of Butjadingen's older residents still went to school. Where, until the early 1970s, children were on the school desk, urbanites hungry for relaxation can now enjoy the clear air of the North Sea.
The old school has a site of around 4,700 square meters. With farm meadows and an old orchard. The North Sea is only 10 minutes away by car and can also be reached quickly by bike.
Our bright and spacious apartment 1, which is laid out over two floors, is equipped for four people. On the ground floor there is a modern, small shower room and a beautiful country house kitchen, which is well equipped. In the connected living area there is a cozy seating area by the stove. There is a TV with DVD and a radio / CD system with USB access. The dining room offers enough space for four people at a long table, where you can eat well or spend cozy game evenings.
The internal stairs lead up to the upper floor, where there are two bedrooms for two people each. One of them as a large and bright studio, which also lets in lots of light and sun through four skylights. Depending on your needs, it can also be used as a great playroom or as a separate reading room!
You can access the beautiful south-west terrace from the dining room, but also from the living area. From here you can enjoy a wonderful view of the partly overgrown garden with old fruit trees and beyond on the wide fields.

In Burhave there are e.g. B. the "play barn" popular with children and the "North Sea lagoon" for tide-independent swimming is possible. In Tossens there is the "Center Park" with its great leisure pool "Aquamundo". In Bremerhaven, the container port, the "Zoo am Meer", the "Klimahau" ', the "Auswandererhaus", the "Deutsche Schiffahrtsmuseum" and much more are worth seeing. And not to forget the "Jaderberger Zoo and Leisure Park" and lots of sea :)
