It was very clean and tranquil, exactly what was needed after getting away from a big city. The views of the many islands on the River Shannon were breathtaking. They also gave us a history of the castle which was so interesting. The location was perfect as a home base for going to The Cliffs of Mohr, Galway, etc. Would highly recommend anyone to stay here."
