"A unique experience to hideout. We booked lightroom and it was perfect. We had welcome drinks and snacks. Staff so friendly and down to earth. Food is delicious. Fried rice was the star of all dishes. Everyone commincates via watsup so any questions or oders, gets done quick. Highly recommend this place. To stay here be open to outdoor vibes and expectations. Drive from airport is 2 hours but the scenery is amazing. You get to see real village lifestyle."

"Loved it. Staff were super friendly. Beautiful location. Staff went out of their way to male sure I had a great birthday. Delicious breakfast and dinner. Close to the port (not Toya Pakeh)...pick up & drop offfrom port & hired scooter from hotel....you definitely need someform of transport. "

"We came here after a horrible experience on the west side of the island. The staff was super friendly here. Pros: sunset views, pool, affordable laundry service, breakfast was ok, staff was very helpful and kind Cons: air conditioning couldn’t keep up, there was a RANK smell like sewage coming from the shower (I think the stones in the shower don’t ever get cleaned and the water runs off pretty slow). We had to keep the light/vent going on all night to keep the smell away."

"The hotel & rooms were cute. Had everything we needed. The room could use some repair along the wall. Has a nice pool. The cushions alongside the pool need reupholstering. It’s on the ocean; however there’s no chairs to sit on down at the beach & some rubbish around the back area of the hotel. The staff were very friendly & helpful though. I would stay again. "

"I had booked the private villa with our own swimming pool. It is was a challenge to use the pool as this property does not heat the pools. The water was quite chilly and make it hard to really enjoy the use of the pool. Also, the swing was under maintenance but they had not updated this on their website. The food was decent. "Hotel was well-located, with beach access and near a convenience store. Plenty of food options around too, including Rimba cafe just across the street. Note that the noise from the bar next door is really loud as mentioned by other reviews, but it stopped by 11 and is generally very peaceful after that."

"I didn’t get any sleep for the one night I was there because all the motorcycles were loud and going all night long. The bathroom was out by the pool but still attached to my room. It was open and I felt I had no privacy if I had to go to bathroom. You could hear everything. "

"The place was a great place to stay - we were only there the night and would have been happy to stay longer. The rooms are solid with stone finish and decor of the rooming place is beautiful We actually moved from one room to one with a kitchen and that was perfect as we had some dinner that we picked up and could heat on the stove. The only set back was that it was very difficult to find and the sign is above the parking gargage and not legible any more. Recommend that the signage be improved"

"By far the best accomodation I’ve ever stayed in, it’s absolutely stunning, quiet, peaceful and the staff are the most kind, beautiful people I’ve ever met! Can’t wait to come back again. Kadek gave me the best massage I’ve ever had, little Kadek was the most attentive, funny, charming waitress, Yuli and all the other young girls and gents completing their training were absolutely incredible, they were all so kind and provided top quality service. Was so sad to leave and now I want to bring all my friends and family back to stay here "

"Samanvaya was in a very clean and up and coming community. The dining at Asri was one of our favorites in all of Bali. The ambiance was incredible in the garden dining area. The food choices and tastes were some of the best we encountered in all of Bali. We could see ourselves coming back to Samanvaya with options to explore the nearby culture and natural wonders. Tami at the front desk was an absolute dream to work with. "

Little oasis

"Fantastic hotel. The minute we walked in we were greeted with huge Bali smiles, a drink on arrival and a cold flannel to cool us down. Hotel room was very spacious with loads of room to place your clothes. Good a/c which is a bonus. Breakfast was excellent with a good selection."
