The terrace in front of the house entrance is covered and equipped with a table and chairs. The 800 m² property also includes a large garden with a swimming pool, both for your exclusive use. In the large garden there is a convenient outdoor kitchen with a sink, cooking and working surfaces and a barbecue. You are also welcome to use the table tennis table in the garden. There are three free parking spaces behind the house. The house is completely fenced off.
The holiday house with a living area of 95 m² is on two floors. It consists of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a living room. On the ground floor, there is a large entrance to the living room, which is equipped with two armchairs, a sofa and a TV set. At the landlord's request and for an additional charge, the sofa can also be used as a bed (160 x 200 cm). A cot (up to 3 years) is available on request.
The ground floor also houses the fully equipped kitchen, which includes a dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator and freezer, as well as the bathroom, which is equipped with a toilet, bidet, sink and shower.
The house has a small laundry room equipped with a washing machine, sink/tub, iron and hoover, which you are welcome to use. On the first floor are two bedrooms, each with a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and a wardrobe. The first floor also includes another bathroom, equipped with a toilet, bidet, sink and bathtub. Both bathrooms are equipped with hairdryers. The house is air-conditioned and the rooms are also equipped with a ceiling fan.
Free internet access via Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. On request, a cot for a child up to three years old can be provided free of charge.
Although the holiday home is in a quiet location, grocery shops, hiking trails and the sea are within easy reach. The nearest grocery shop, as well as bars and restaurants, are one kilometre away. The golf course is only ten kilometres away, while the sea is 13 kilometres away. Momiano's fertile soil offers ideal growing areas for vineyards and olive groves. The property is approximately 80 kilometres from Pula Airport and 35 kilometres from Trieste.
Access to the holiday home is via an unpaved road of approximately 500 m. Pets and smoking are not allowed anywhere on the property. Guests can use three electric mountain bikes and one regular mountain bike for a fee.
