"We stopped at the Chateau for 2 nights. It’s a charming place, furnished in keeping with the house. Was very comfortable and homely. Tim (one of the owners) gave us lots of information about where to visit. Breakfast was great, fresh bread, cheeses, meats, scrambled egg. We also enjoyed using the table tennis facility in the evening."

Saying that, host was very responsive and helpful and answered all our questions. Location was great and house was comfortable. You have to pay for parking on all roads but spaces right outside. "What a lovely spot. So peaceful with on the sounds of ducks cockerels and donkey’s for a bit of background atmosphere. Located in the French countryside with close local amenities. And most of the place we visited were only 30 mins drive away. Abbevile close with great train links to Paris where we spent a great day and Amiens just over an hour drive Was about 1 hour 30 mins drive to visit the world war 1 memorial sites, well worth the drive. A pleasant stay in a traditional family run hotel
"We had a pleasant stay here. The Hotel is a traditional family run hotel full of character and a friendly welcome. The room was clean and tidy and is well placed for exploring Abbeville along the Somme river or even handy for the railway station if you wish to explore the area further by train. The Breakfast was excellent and plenty with a good selection of juice, fresh bread, fresh Croissants, Yoghurt, excellent coffee, preserves and all in all good value for money"
