Welcome to The Parkway 18. Spacious 3-Bedroom Entire Lower Apartment in Buffalo's Parkside District.
We're centrally located. 20 minutes away from Niagara Falls, 30 minutes from the Buffalo Bills Highmark Stadium, 7 minutes from Downtown Buffalo, 5 minutes from the Hertel Strip & a few blocks from The Buffalo Zoo, Delaware Park & Historic Martin House. Plenty of shopping & dining nearby. Family-friendly, safe, & peaceful. We look forward to hosting you!

Cozy yet super spacious! Detailed & peaceful. Convenient, homey, & familiar. The space is welcoming & clean. You will love the decor!

Guests have access to the front enclosure and the entire first-floor apartment. PLEASE NO GUESTS in the rear hallway off the kitchen. Please only use the front door. No basement access, laundry is in unit. Air mattress is available upon request as well. (air mattress is considered bed number 5). Ample free Street parking (alternate parking please read signs).
