"Very convenient to the beach and not too far from restaurants, etc. As others have said, the road is busy and loud but thats beyond the control of the owners. You are also at the mercy of others staying in the building but again, the owners cant control that. Properly supplied and nice enough without breaking the bank."

"This upstairs apartment was charmingly decorated and extremely clean. The location was ideal for us in that it was quiet and only one block from the beach. Highly recommend."

"Cute space. Definitely for 4 people or less. The back yard is the beach which we loved. Wish we had nicer weather to enjoy it more. The only down fall there was only one parking spot available. We had two cars so we had to park the car 4 min drive away which was the closest public parking. Other than that it was a nice stay."

"Historic house in city. Neighborhood streets are all under major construction, but I’m sure it will be beautiful when finished. House had basic accommodation, we were able to get in and out without trouble. We did have to contact managers to get access codes the day of (wasn’t sent till 12 and checkin at 3) but they were very responsive and we got in when we needed to. Overall 4/5!"

"The room is steps from the beach, true. The path to the beach is through other's property and is littered with their stuff. The room is also steps from a busy road. The room is very small, and while cooled by the window unit, is still humid and very much like a basement. There is no way to get fresh air into the space. The kitchen is hot because the refrigerator and hot water heater(!) take up much of the space and all of the air in the room. Both large appliances are plugged into the wall...

"This was our second stay at the house and it was fantastic both times. The property manager is so easy to work with and the house had everything that we wanted! We loved the large family room/living room space. The house is right next to a canal, which is nice to be able to go out and look at the water in the morning and/or throughout the day."

"This home was a nice, quiet, and cozy place for our weekend stay in VB. The host was very easy to communicate with. Home is close to stores, restaurants and a short drive to the beach. Plenty of space. Only suggestions for the property is to provide dish towels for the kitchen. Overall.... great stay, no complaints. Thank you so much to this host for opening their home to us!"

"The property overall was clean. There were dirty dishes in the dishwasher and a knot of hair in the bedsheets. The kitchen has been updated and there is a good size living room. The bathroom is tiny!!! We found the beds to be uncomfortable, with and without the extra matress. The bed in the smaller.bedroom is broken and would roll around the room sometimes. Neighbor has a junkyard in their backyard. Property is very close to a beautiful beach. For a budget price it is worth it."
