"The condo was new, super clean, and close to the main parts of Tacoma. We would stay again. We had some challenges because we did not find the property address or wifi information easily. Better if the information came in an email or was easy to find in the app. Surprises were that there is no assigned and parking on the street is crowded. Also the condo is on the 3rd floor with no elevator. Still, a great place."

"This 2 bedroom apartment was perfect for our family. The beds and linens were extremely comfortable and we loved the coffee station for quick mornings out the door. We were here on business and it was great having a tv in both rooms so my sister and I could have some quiet time to ourselves. The location of this property is perfect. It's a 3-5 minute walk to downtown and right around the corner from the police station making it feel both safe and convenient. We would absolutely stay here again...

"This condo was the perfect place to stay for 3 months. The location is convenient to both nature and city activities. Our host was quick to respond when we had small problems pop up. The only thing I wish they had was ac in the bedrooms, but I know that is an atypical amenity of Renton/Seattle. Would definitely rent again! "
