Very Disappointed
The Vrbo amenities page for Cozy Cub stated "tv with cable/satellite channels" ... When we couldn't get the cable channels to come on the first night, I texted the number I was given to ask what the trick was to get them going. I was sent back a note: "This cabin is streaming only. Our sincere apologies for this inconvenience, we appreciate your feedback and we will be sure to update that information on our website." ... Wifi & cable tv were the two main reasons we booked Cozy Cub over other spots ... There was no attempt to try to correct the situation, just the apology. So this was a breach of contract, so to speak, or you could say false advertising. I had to make other arrangements to get the cable stations we needed ... On my fourth call to express my displeasure, I finally connected with a Customer Service rep who seemed surprised that I wanted a partial refund--even though I was not getting something that was listed as part of the package. She finally called someone (Vrbo, I think) and negotiated a meager $90 refund ... Aside from that issue, Cozy Cub only had one problem—some ants in the kitchen (which we did not cause, since we did not eat there).
