"Small cosy room, lovely shower however, you could hear everyone else in their rooms, the stairs are black and the automatic lights did not come one straight away which meant you could not see your footing which is dangerous. Advertised on Google as bed and breakfast but only kettle available, teabags, coffee and biscuits available but no milk. No staff in the property apart from cleaners at certain times. "The hotel and rooms were great. This was built in 1764, so it has been remodeled a number of times. It really has a nice comfortable feel to it and the breakfast was great in the morning. It is also within walking distance to the major sites in the center of Brussels, but that is the challenging part as well. The neighborhood is known for car break ins. Do not leave anything at all in your car if you park on the street. We were fortunate to not lose anything, but a broken window. The police...

"Everything was very good except for the fact that I could not get into the hotel upon arrival. Evidently I was supposed to receive a code but never got it. Thankfully, the owner/manager answered the phone and was able to buzz me in. I should add that the breakfast was astonishing. In short, one mix up but a high level of hospitality. I plan to go back, making sure to get a code to get in. Outstanding location too!"

"I loved how close the hotel was to the train station. The hotel was very modern with a friendly staff. I loved that the lobby had a water dispenser. The room had a lot of amenities (air conditioning, mini kitchen, chromeCast) and very spacious. Especially for the price, I would definitely stay here again."

Hasty conversion of a traditional Brussels home by freelance contractor. Shame because very good location in relation to EU institutions. "No funciona el WiFi solo en la recepción y no hay manera de tener atención solo en los horarios que marcan de 10am -5 pm Tuvimos la experiencia de desalojar el edificio por que solo la alarma a las 2 am y no había manera de comunicarnos a recepción de que sucedía y estábamos en el piso 9 empezamos a bajar por escalera , sin embarro igual subir y llegamos hast abajo sin saber a k hr podíamos regresar ya que no había nadie de ahí ...la alarma se silencio pero no sabíamos que pasaba .
