"Lovely guest house with very welcoming and hospitaple hosts. Conviniently located a stones through away from the peeing statue, whilst maintaining a quiet atmosphere. Plentiful breakfast provided, come and go as you please in a characteristic property. Very convenient for the centre of Brussels and both midi and central station. "

"They cancelled my booking, i only found out after i traversed Brussels to the property. To cancel, they messaged on WhatsApp from a french number (we are in Belgium) . They told me an unknown company name and said booking cancelled - they didn’t explain who they are so I didn’t know what it was about and assumed it was a scam. they would not reply to me when i asked for explanation. I had to chase them for a refund through the app in the end. It feels like a scam "

"Muy mal servicio con cero actitud para resolve de los conserjes. Parecía una verdadera molestia el que hayamos llegado a hospedarnos. Muy atentos a cobrar todo a sobreprecio en efectivo y sin dar recibo. Un total fraude. Por una cama extra nos cobraron 109 Euros con la condición fuera en efectivo y de ninguna manera dieron recibo. Un SOBORNO TOTAL!"

"Everything was very good except for the fact that I could not get into the hotel upon arrival. Evidently I was supposed to receive a code but never got it. Thankfully, the owner/manager answered the phone and was able to buzz me in. I should add that the breakfast was astonishing. In short, one mix up but a high level of hospitality. I plan to go back, making sure to get a code to get in. Outstanding location too!"
