Use it for your first morning coffee in peace with the chirping of birds.The villa is located on a plot of 980m2, on the surface of which there is an outdoor kitchen of 30mq with barbecue, outdoor furniture, swimming pool and jacuzzi. The plot is fenced so that in peace you can enjoy the company of your pet who is welcome in our villa Chiara.Up to 2 pets, low and medium height, are allowed.The pool can be heated, heating service is charged 20,00Eur per day.The villa is fully air conditioned. There are 2 parking spaces on the plots.Nearby is a top winemaker, where you can taste Istrian Teran or Malvasia, while Aquapark Istralandija is only 5 minutes away by car.The town of Brtonigla with all the necessary facilities is located only 1 km from the villa, while the nearest beach Dajla is 8 km away.
