"Their staff were excellent. Nina helped us to carry luggage up 2 flights of stairs upon check-in. Vlatka assisted us in check-out and offered to help us with the luggage. Vlatka was very patient and highly professional in explaining the problems with the wifi in our room. She was able to get technical help the next day to fix it. "I have never stayed in this type of property. I usually pick a known hotel brand because I know what to expect but I’m so happy I didn’t. "We had a wonderful time in Kottli. The houses are charming and well maintained. I did read a review before we went there complaining about the cleanliness of the property, but whoever wrote that probably doesn't live in the countryside. We found it perfectly clean for a rural property and Sanja who looks after the property was very nice and friendly. Great place to stay if you don't want to be in the tourist hot spots! "

"Das Haus ist sehr schön, besonders der Turm mit den offenen Fenstern von denen man einen wunderschönen Ausblick hat ist ein echtes Highlight. Es gibt ein Haupthaus und ein dazugehöriges Apartment zu dem auch eine Küche und ein Bad gehören. Außerdem gibt es einen sehr großen Garten und Außenbereicht in dem man gut entspannen kann. Das Haus befindet sich in dem kleinen Ort Prodani und liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend. Der nächste Supermarkt ist 10min mit dem Auto entfernt. Größte Kritikpunkte...

"I was a little confused getting in...ended up “checking in” at the restaurant, but the room was great (it seemed brand new) and the breakfast was spectacular. The location is right in the middle of the old town; just bring well-soled shoes as the stones are very slippery, even when dry, and the town is very hilly. A little advice from one of the servers led me to a beautiful nearby beach. Would highly recommend!"

"Very close to the centre of town, but double glazed and therefore quiet. Good air-con, a useful fridge and clean bathroom. Friendly & helpful host in a pretty place. Very nice, I would go again, straightaway. The town is lively but safe, and clean with plenty of bars and cafes all at reasonable prices."
